William T. Stoney Sr.

Concord- William T. Stoney Sr. of South Main St. died Monday at his home, son of the late William T. and Helen K. (Dingledine) Stoney. He was born April 26, 1939 in Jersey City, NJ. Bill was raised and educated in New Jersey. Following school he Joined the United States Marine Corps serving from 1957 to 1965.
Following his honorable discharge from the Marine Corps he went to work as a security officer at the New Hampshire State Hospital, he then worked for himself in television sales and repair. He then found his calling going to work for the Nashua School District as an Assistant Systems Administrator where he had a 30 year career in Technology, retiring in 2009.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years Corinne F. (Cilley) Stoney, one son; Willaim T. Stoney Jr., a grandson; Nolan William Stoney, two sisters; Martha Hagwood, Dorothy Racette, nieces and nephews. The family would like to give special thanks for the amazing care and compassion provided by Karyn Lang, RN and Duane Bailey, Spiritual Counselor.
He was predeceased by one sister; Edna G. Trembley.
Funeral services will be held on Monday (6/30) at 10:30AM in the Chapel of the Waters Funeral Home 50 South Main St. Concord NH.
Burial will follow in the Alexander Cemetery, Bow NH.
