Theresa Mamos, age 60, of Concord NH passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, February 19, 2025.

She was born in Concord, the daughter of Gregory Mamos of Concord and the late Adele (Pelletier) Mamos.

Theresa worked at the Yankee Book Peddler Company in Hopkinton for 16+ years, Bancroft Products in Concord and enjoyed volunteering at Concord Hospital.

Theresa loved spending time with family and friends at her family's summer cottage on Highland Lake.  She was an excellent swimmer and enjoyed riding her bike and fishing.

Music was a big part of her life, and she would often ask if she could sing you a song and loved to dance.

Theresa participated in the Special Olympics, competing in track and field and swimming events.  For many years she would go to Camp Fatima in Gilmanton Iron Works for Exceptional Citizens week.

She brought immense joy to those that met her with her infectious smile and kind heart.

In addition to her mother, she was predeceased by her grandparents, Thomas and Katherine Mamos and Lucien and Lucille Pelletier.

Theresa is survived by her father, Gregory Mamos of Concord; her brother Thomas Mamos of Concord; her sister, Christine Ryerson of Pembroke; her nephew Cameron Ryerson of Pembroke: brother-in-law Thomas Ryerson of Hopkinton; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family would especially like to thank Kosta and Mariana Luzis for the great care and friendship they shared with Theresa.  They also would like to thank the staff at the Granite VNA.

Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025 from 10:30am to 12 Noon at the Waters Funeral Home, 50 South Main Street, Concord.

A funeral service will follow at 12:00pm in the chapel at the Waters Funeral Home.

Burial will be in the Blossom Hill Cemetery in Concord at a later date.
