Shirley Olive Greene Duval Stock, aged 92 years, died April 2, 2023 at the Epsom Health Care Center, NH where she had been residing.

She was born July 28, 1930 in Hanover, NH to Donald Sargent Greene and Marguerite Elsie Bedell. Over her long lifetime she had resided in NH, VT, CT, IL, MD and Germany. She was a long time resident of Center Barnstead, NH prior to moving to the Epsom Health Care Center.

In her younger days, she often worked as a Nurse's Aid and worked as a Home Health Aid for the Visiting Nurse Association providing care for hospice patients.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, Donald Silas Greene, Bernard Ralph Greene, Robert George Greene, her sisters, Pauline Marie Greene Hutchinson and Bette Jean Sweeney Beckenbach, her sons, Donald Arthur Stock and Richard Hamilton Stock, Jr, her granddaughters Danielle Marie Arditi and Cassie Leigh Stock and great grandson, Eric Keith Johnson, Jr.

She is survived by her daughters, Bonnie Louise Duval Johnson (Pete) of Waxhaw, NC, Toni Olive Duval Arditi (Mike) of Center Barnstead, NH, her son, Steven Wayne Stock (Courtney) of Deerfield, NH as well as 12 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren.

Her home was a gathering place for her children and their friends, many of whom referred to her as Momma Stock. Although we know that she has gone on to something better, she will be missed.

A Military Funeral Service will be held for Norman and Shirley Stock on Friday, May 5, 2023 at 11:00 AM sharp at New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen, NH.
