Loudon - Richard Langis Sr., age 64, of Lazy Pines Drive passed away on Thursday July 31, 2014 at Concord Hospital.

He was born in 1949 in Revere, MA, the son of the late Alfred and Gertrude (Hennesey) Langis. Rick attended Lynn English High School where he was a member of the football and baseball teams. After serving in Vietnam, Rick returned to Lynn as a member of the Lynn Police Department and later had his own construction and kitchen remodeling business.
Rick is survived by his wife of 32 years, Brenda, and two sons Richard E. Langis, Jr of Rochester, and Ryan Langis; 2 daughters, Erin Langis and Chris Carver of Newburyport, MA. Rick will be remembered by his children and four grandchildren Ashton and Garret Langis and Kate and Anna Carver, and his sister Roberta Sharpe-Parks.

Visiting hours will be on Wednesday, August 6th from10am to 12:00 Noon at the Waters Funeral Home, 50 South Main Street, Concord.
Funeral service will follow at 12:00 noon in the Chapel of the funeral home.
