Richard L. Cain, 83, of Bow, NH, passed away peacefully at the Hospice House in Concord after a period of declining health.

Richard was the husband of Carlene Cain. Richard and Carlene shared over 43 years of marriage. Richard was born in Portland, Maine, on November 30, 1935. He was the son of the late Laurence B. and Edna Cain, and was predeceased by his brother Harold, who passed away in 2012.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Bobbilou, Gary and Jodi, many nieces and nephews, and 8 grandchildren.

Richard served in the U.S. Navy in the Korean Conflict. Richard was a lover of football and baseball. In addition, he enjoyed fishing, bowling, golf and traveling.

Visiting hours will be held Saturday March 3, 2018 from 11:30 to 12 pm at the Waters Funeral Home 50 South Main St. Concord, with a funeral services following in the chapel of the Waters Funeral Home.
