Maureen Clark

Weare -Maureen Clark, age 64 of Sherwood Forest Rd. died on Wednesday April 24, 2013 after a yearlong battle with cancer. She was on vacation with her granddaughters to Disney World which was one of the things she was checking off her bucket list.

Maureen was born in Manhattan, NY the daughter of the late Herbert Hemsley and Dorothy (Richman) Cullen.

She had retired from the State of NH where she had worked in the Board of Education Business Office for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her granddaughters, traveling, crafting and quilting.

Maureen is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Barry Clark of Weare, 2 sons, Daniel Clark and his wife Michelle of Weare, Kevin Clark and his wife Kimberly of Hooksett; 2 granddaughters, Rachel and Sarah Clark of Weare; 2 sisters, Barbara Hemsley Crocker of Plymouth, NH, and Patricia Hemsley of Hopatcong, NJ; a brother Michael Hemsley of Cape Coral, FL, and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Herbert V. Hemsley.

Visiting hours will not be held.

A Memorial service will be held on Saturday May 4, 2013 at 10 AM in the chapel of the Waters Funeral Home, 50 South Main Street, Concord, NH.

Interment will follow at the Blossom Hill Cemetery, Concord.
