Mary T. (Walsh) McCoo
CONCORD - Mary McCoo, born October 17, 1941, passed away in her home on Thursday July 24, 2014
Daughter of William and Dorilla Walsh, she was born in Concord and graduated from Saint John High School in 1959. She was a home maker for many years while her children were young and then worked as a teacher's aid at Loudon Grade School. Soon after she worked for H P Hood in Concord and eventually retired from TSI in Concord. Mary enjoyed attending all of her children's and grandchildren's activities which ranged from sports to music, dance and plays. She was The Scorer for the Merrimack Valley HS Boys and Girls Basketball teams for 20 years, long after her children and some of her grandchildren had graduated from there. She was a Daughter, Mom, Nana, Grammy, Sister, Aunt, and Friend. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
She is survived by her brother Richard (Dunc) Walsh of Concord.
She leaves behind her three children, sons Mark McCoo and his wife Kandi (Kruger) McCoo of Loudon, Thomas McCoo and his wife Jennifer (Snow) McCoo of Bow, and daughter Kim (McCoo) Stewart and her husband Shawn Stewart of Auburn; nine grandchildren, Janine, Andrew, Lindsay, Corey, Anna, Kian, Branden, Jolyn, and Marissa; three great grandchildren, Lia, Lexa, and Isaac; as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Her service will be held Tuesday August 12, 2014 at Saint John the Evangelist Church 72 South Main Street, Concord at 10:00am
