Lorna Rose Barrett, age 84, of Concord passed away on January 13, 2019 at Pleasant View Center.

Lorna was born in Penacook on May 14 ^th 1934 daughter of the late Chester and Lydia (LaBrecque) Barrett Sr.

She attended St. John's High School.  She was a member of Sacred Heart Church.   Lorna worked as a bookkeeper for Mayo Roofing Company.  She also worked in the office of DDD's and Paper Express both in Portsmouth.

Lorna was predeceased by her daughter, Joyce Ann Mayo; her brothers, Chester Jr., William, Ronald and Thomas Barrett; her sisters, Lorraine Carroll, Mary Poission, Arlene Thibeault, and Elaine Nichols.

She is survived by her brothers and sisters, Daniel Barrett and his wife Jeanne of Contoocook, Marion Stanley and her husband Richard of Carolina Shores, NC, Kathleen Mihachik and her husband David of Chichester, and Michael Barrett of Portsmouth; brother in law, Don Poisson of Portsmouth and sister in law Linda Barrett of Concord; many nieces and nephews.

Lorna was a loving and caring sister who will be greatly missed.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday January 18, at 10 AM at Christ the King Parish, 72 South Main Street, Concord.

Burial will follow in the Calvary Cemetery in Concord.
