Lola M. Grieco, age 74, passed away on Wednesday, June 17th, 2026 at home surrounded by the love of her family.

She was born in East Meadow, NY the daughter of the late Joseph and Grace (May) Walls. For many years Lola was a stay-at-home mom and later worked at Mendenhall Fuel in East Quogue, NY as a credit manager. She had a warm heart and selflessly gave to others, always helping those in need.

She was married to her husband Joe for almost 55 years. Joe will always cherish the memories they shared together—from celebrating many anniversaries in New York City, dining at the NBC Rainbow Room and enjoying Broadway shows after dropping the children off at Grandma’s house, to unforgettable trips to the Grand Canyon and Niagara Falls. He will also forever treasure the day they renewed their love and commitment to one another by exchanging vows on their 50th wedding anniversary.

Lola was very creative. Her greatest creative enjoyment came through her photography, photographing nature as well as her beloved family. She enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening, especially growing German Queen tomatoes. She cherished being part of the Immaculate Heart of Mary community and the friendships she made with her fellow parishioners. Most of all Lola enjoyed the role of grandmother to her 10 grandchildren. It didn't matter if she heard Grandma or Memaw, both names made her feel proud, loved and blessed.

She is survived by her husband Joseph Grieco of Laconia, NH; her daughter, Kimberly Ostrowski and her husband Steve of Loudon, NH; two sons, Derrick Grieco and his wife Pattie of Westhampton Beach, NY, and Justin Grieco and his wife Miranda of Loudon, NH; ten grandchildren, Joseph Ostrowski and his fiancée Connie Lacasse, Matthew Ostrowski, Rosemary Ostrowski, Sarah Ostrowski, and David Ostrowski, Abigail Grieco, Annabelle Grieco, Adalene Grieco, Allison Grieco, and Autumn Grieco; one great granddaughter, Aria Lacasse; her brother, Kenneth Walls of Florida, sister Mary Tuthill of New York; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Edwin Walls and Donald Walls, sister Sharon Walls, and Aunt Leah May.

A Memorial Visiting hour will be held on Monday, June 29th at 10am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 180 Loudon Road, Concord followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am.

Burial will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Concord.
