Laurie Couch, age 67, of Loudon, passed away on Friday, April 28, 2023 from a brief illness at Beth Israel Lahey Hospital in Burlington, MA.

She was born in Concord, NH the daughter of the late Luther T. and Mary (Collier) Temple.  She was a graduate of Merrimack Valley High School.  She worked for Flora's as a hairdresser for many years.   She worked as an Assistant Head Cook for the Concord School District until her retirement.

Laurie enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  She especially loved being a Nana to Colbie, they had a very special bond.  She also enjoyed going out to dinner.

In addition to her parents, Laurie was predeceased by her husband Calvin L. Couch Jr.; her daughter, Stephanie M. Couch, and her brother Carl Temple.

She is survived by her daughter Lynette Couch and her husband Sanjeev; one grandson, Colbie Lamprey; her brothers, Jim Temple and his wife Rose of Memphis, TN, Vernon Temple and his wife Shelley of Bellows Falls, VT; and Kevin Temple and his wife Diane of Concord; several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 7th at 10 AM in the chapel of the Waters Funeral Home, 50 South Main Street, Concord.

Burial will follow in the Blossom Hill Cemetery in Concord.
