Kendrick A. Estey
Franklin – Kendrick A. Estey, age 73, of Mountain View Road passed away on Monday, July 8, 2013 at his home.
He was born in Concord, NH the son of the late Raymond Charles and Eleanor Cora (Mount) Estey. He was a graduate of the Concord High School class of 1958. He attended Hesser College. He was a Veteran of the US Marine Corp serving during Vietnam as a Corporal from 1958-1962 and a Veteran of the US Air force also serving during Vietnam as a AIX from 1963 to 1967.
He worked for Worldwide High Technology and Telecom computer peripherals Companies as a Corporate Officer in Operations, Customer Services and Quality Assurance. He was a Management Consultant in Customer Satisfaction/Corporate Quality Assurance. In 1988 he received a Professionalism in Customer Service award.
Kendrick loved sailing, traveling, motor homing USA, reading, music and sports.. He loved watching his children compete in Motor Cross Racing, Equestrian Events and YMCA swimming events, and was very proud of their achievements.
He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara A. (Papp) Estey of Franklin; his children, Keith Estey, Kerry Keith and her husband Kevin; and Kristen Estey and her partner Stephen Bethel; grandchildren, Kristopher, Raymond, Kari, Taj, Israel, Kiva, and Zachary; a sister Sharon Wojcik; several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his brother Donald Estey, a sister Jane Estey.
Memorial visiting hours will be held on Thursday July 11 from 5 to 7 PM at the Waters Funeral Home, 50 South Main Street, Concord.
Memorial services will be held on Friday July 12, at 11:30 AM in the Chapel of the Waters Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at the NH Veterans Cemetery DW Highway, Boscawen at 12:30.
