Grace A. Merrill of Barnstead, New Hampshire passed on October 28, 2023 at the
age of 84.
She was a lifelong resident of Barnstead. Born to William and Olive Higgins, along
with her brothers Charles and Ray.
After graduating from Pittsfield High School in 1957, she married Stuart B.
"Twink" Merrill and gave birth to their daughter Diane in 1966.
She was a dedicated wife, mother and hairdresser.
Although she was predeceased by her parents, brothers, husband and daughter,
she found the courage to persevere and discovered some joy in feeding the
turkeys and foxes that often times visited her backyard.
At Grace's request, there will be no visiting hours or funeral services. An urn
burial will take place next to her daughter at later date in Riverview Cemetery.
