Estelle Bernadette Moses passed away peacefully on March 5, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.
Born in 1925, Estelle was the second child of Aime and Yvonne Hebert of Manchester, NH. Estelle and her siblings truly enjoyed their life together and remain a loyal, loving family today.
Estelle went to Manchester schools, then worked doing fancy stitching on shoes in the Mills on Canal Street until her marriage to Charles Corriveau in 1946. In 1950, they moved to Concord, NH where they raised their five children and built their own furniture business, New Design Decorative Center, which grew to include upholstering and drapery-making.
Estelle was very well known for creating custom draperies: they hung in the State House and State Buildings, the Pierce Manse, and in the Bishop Brady School windows for many, many years.
In 1963, met and married a wonderful man, Fred Moses, and together they accomplished many things. For over 30 years they ran their restaurant, The Inland Lobster Pool and built a beautiful mall on Route 4 in Chichester, NH, which is still called The Chichester Commons. They travelled extensively, made their home on Northwood Lake and spent winters in Venice, FL.
Estelle's many friendships brought joy to her life, in particular an Antique Car Club called the "The Pal's Group."
Estelle was a beautiful woman, loved by all who met her. Her strong Catholic faith was extremely important to her and being charitable was natural for her.
Estelle was blessed with, and very thankful for, her very good and happy life. She was so loved by her five children, four step-children, 19 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter.
She is survived by her children, Jeanne Hebert, Diane Champagne, Edward Corriveau, Denise Groleau, Rita Poirier and their spouses and children as well as stepson Brent Moses, stepdaughter Leisa Gagne and their spouses. Also surviving are her siblings, Rita Taillon, Roger Hebert, Doris Gagnon and Lorraine Healy, many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Estelle was pre-deceased by Fred Moses, her sister, Connie Pinard, stepdaughter, Ingrid Davis, and Brenda Vitinner.
